Breast ultrasound examination
It’s a diagnostic method that allows the doctor to assess the structure of organ tissue and to identify pathological changes in it at early stages of development, such as: cystic and malignant tumors; abscesses; mastitis; mastopathy; benign neoplasms associated with climacteric changes occurring in woman’s organism.
Ultrasound examination of the pelvic organs
It’s a method of examining the pelvic organs using ultrasound to study the bladder, ovaries, fallopian tubes, pathologies of the uterus and cervix. The sensor during investigation is very close to the organs that need to be examined, therefore, the reliability of such diagnostics is superior to any other type of ultrasound. It makes it possible to see the following conditions and serious diseases: ovarian cancer; ovarian cysts; fluid in the small pelvis and lower abdominal cavity, endometriosis; chorionepithelioma; uterine and ectopic pregnancy; the formation of malignant tumors of the uterus; blood, pus, inflammatory fluid in the fallopian tubes; partial or complete cystic drift; uterine fibroids; anomalies in the development of internal genital organs; endometrial polyposis.
Pap test
It’s a method of scraping of the cells lining the cervical canal for further examination under a microscope in order to identify possible changes indicating the development of cancer in a woman.
Femoflor 8 (Diagnosis of bacterial vaginosis)
Bacterial vaginosis (BV) is one of the types of bacterial vaginitis, when the balance between normal and opportunistic microflora is disturbed by a number of factors. The essence of the study is to determine the composition of the vaginal microflora, to identify anaerobic microorganisms; to identify the opportunistic microorganisms.
Screening for HPV
Human Papilloma Virus is a virus that infects the skin and genitals and leads to the development of cervical cancer. HPV is primarily transmitted through sexual contact, and most people become infected with HPV shortly after they become sexually active.
There are over 100 types of HPV with at least 13 leading to the development of cancer. Two types of HPV (16 and 18) cause 70% of all cases of cervical cancer and precancerous pathological conditions of the cervixи.
This virus is insidious, it can manifest itself as warts on the body, or it can “sit quiet” until it leads to irreversible consequences, so this particular study will identify all its strains. The survey is carried out for the following types: 16, 18, 31, 33, 35, 39, 45, 52, 56, 58, 59, 66, 68, 69, 73, 82, 9, 6, 11, 40, 42, 44, 54, 61, 70
